There is a 1 hour minimum for normal priority paid support (US$ 100 value), and you will need to provide us with all information before we can begin to help you. If we deem that 1 hour support is inadequate for your needs, you will be informed accordingly. Support time is counted only when we start working on a solution to your problem. You will get a full refund for your (US$ 100) deposit if we cannot help you
